Dear Folks,
             Good morning.  Hiya, Danica and I met last Sunday night to
plan out our workshop with Students for Unity at PSU on Wednesday December
4th, this should go really well.  We are going to add a bit to out
powerpoint from the Law & Disorder Conference.  There are some bulleted
points we want to make and we will plug those in accordingly.  Tyler will
also present something from his presentation about gentrification in
Portland.  Tyler make sure you are on Justin about the paperwork!

Program: 3 hour block: Arbitrarily starting at 5pm for now.
1) 30mins  Introductions  a) name b) Name your ancestors, 5-10 generations
back c) cultural and ethnic background c) cultural and ethnic identity

2) 30min  Colonization a) Presentation and first group activity: How to
colonize

3)  30min   Genocide and Slavery a) tools of colonization b) Manifest
destiny c) Question of blood and one drop rule. d) Trans-Atlantic slave
trade

15min  BREAK

4) 30min  Historical resistance  decolonization resistance and revolution.

5) 30min  Prison/ICE and gentrification

6) 20min Butcher paper and markers-  What did we learn about our roles and
responsibilites
