Dear Folks,
Good morning. Hiya! Sorry I keep forgetting to use this
listserve! Thanks to Suna for reminding me and for all of the details. I
will give my update here. Luv yall ;)
1) Space is the Place: I dont think that Dekum place will work out, the
guy didnt e-mail me back yet, which he told me I had to do! I ran into Ian
last night, we are in touch and he is in touch with his friends that run
the space but they are still deliberating. So, we really should check out
other options as Suna has mentioned. Hey Suna what about Copper Penny?
Just an idea, they banquets and stuff.
2) Booze: I have the donation letter ready to just be updated to send to
whomever we want to send a non-profit donation letter, with tax-ID #!
Again all we have to do is update that letter as its from a couple of
years ago. We can put a tentative location down there on the letter to
get the ball rolling. I can probably lock in Widmer for a couple kegs in
a few minutes if I call them during office hours when I go to send them the
e-mail with the letter so just let me know what you want me to do.
3) I like the theme and lookin forward to betting the crap out of a mock
pilgrim :0 However, as much as I love candy, little glow balls and shit
are cool too ;) Some of us never grow up ;)
4) I will be working from 5-9pm on Tuesday evenings the next few months,
there might be an odd one that I can make but sorry for the inconvinience
and hope to get back on those PP writing nights soon. I want to make the
updated Fall 2013 series flyer soon so lets plan an extra one or two for
the next couple months at different places and times. I actually liked
Aliviar even though we were the only ones to show up??
