[Palestineinschools] communication question

A question put forth to us from nava:
 
should pep set up a ny and a philly list? seems like there
should be separate communication options (i thought this because i have a
couple of good contacts for following up on that upenn law school lead, but
it seems silly to send to everyone) -- what do you think?
