[Orn-communications] mtg reminder + suggestion for orn email notice

hi all, reminder that we have a mtg tomorrow 4:30 at spartacus for comms
cttee at mitzie's (main and pender)

also i had a suggestion for a convergence email notice: with updates
provided as links rather than a really long email.. the callouts are
getting quite long, what do folks think about a shorter one (draft
callout) for our facebook and email announce list?
