[Orn-communications] hi re: comms meeting

hey all,

hope you are well, wondering about the comms committee meeting up. at the
second last GM the comms committee was re-mandated to take on more
actively doing public communications (orn updates, media releases) in
addition to checking email, maintaining lists and website.

so basically writing factsheets, orn updates for our announce list, also
sending out press releases as often as possible to respond to
olympcis-related development, and responding to requests for us to write
articles (there are several places that have offered op-eds to us
including the republic and the province which no one has written yet).

so basically a lot more too do! (on top of all the things we are still
trying to get done)..

wanted to suggest a meeting - outreach has moved to Tuesdays, so we could
do comms after outreach again (which would be tuesdays at 7:30) or stick
to Thursdays at 7 pm...

i would suggest we set a meeting asap to start working on this - at least
one meeting before december holiday stuff kicks in -
