[Org4j-announce] 2pm Dec 30 for Gaza, PLUS send email against bylaw charges

'OTTAWA: *JOIN US Saturday December 30th at 2pm at the Human Rights
Monument *to reject Ottawa Bylaw's attempts to silence and intimidate us: *for
the 12th consecutive week, we will chant and march for a free Palestine!*

Last week, City of Ottawa Bylaw agents abruptly informed us that the use of
speakers and megaphones was deemed a bylaw violation, moments before we
began our 11th weekly protest. Fines of almost $500 were handed to any
participant using a speaker or megaphone.

*This is a clear attempt to suppress pro-Palestinian organizing and
support.* We will not be deterred by this undemocratic, racist and
politically motivated move by the city of Ottawa, under the leadership of
Mark Sutcliffe. *We will continue to speak out until Palestine is free!*
