Note on survey:*
- we had one person respond saying google kicked them out without being able
to finish submitting their answers. if you have had this problem, please let
us know at org4justice at gmail.com and if it's not too much trouble, please
include your survey responses in this email so we have your input
- we did make a minor adjustment to the survey, that might make it a bit
easier to fill out (no 'required' question on first page anymore)
