3) Queering Disney - Post-Happily Ever After
4) *Mapping Colonial Practices of Stealing Six Nations Land*

1)
ALL OUT TONIGHT! 11pm!

The city has told us that all equipment must be removed from the site
today, and that all people must be out of the park between 12:00am and
5:30am

Therefore, defending the occupation is a simple enough matter: Pack the
park with thousands of people between 12:00am to 5:30am making it very
very hard for them to forcibly remove protesters from the park.

If you don't want to put yourself in the direct line of attack for the
police, then please come out and watch from outside the park. Our best
defense against police brutality is many many witnesses!

3)
Queering Disney
Post-Happily Ever After

A 2 hour workshop aimed at picking, tearing, ripping and flam-baying how
the Disney phenomenon/machine has coloured and shaded our perspectives, our
cultural imaginaries, and our social relationships.

Our goal with this workshop is to trouble, queer, problemaitze, and
implicate, what Disney storytellers have fed to you as normative,
acceptable, and good for you.

There will be a 1 hour discussion circle and a 1 hour DIY button making
session where participants can let loose and create their own subversive
Disney images.

Participants are highly encouraged to bring Disney products for discussion.

Wednesday November 16th in the Underground’s Chancellor’s Room 3-5 PM.

*Mapping Colonial Practices of Stealing Six Nations Land*
Tueday November 22 4:30-6:30
McLaughlin College, York University

Join us for a presentation on the historical and contemporary practices of
colonization of the Haldimand Tract. Leading Six Nations land rights
Researcher, Phil Monture, will map out tactics through which people of Six
Nations have been dispossessed of their land. Monture will also highlight
the the colonial and racist processes of stealing the part of the land we
now recognize as York University. Presentation will be followed by an
interactive discussion, and an introduction to the work of CUPE 3903 First
Nations Solidarity Working Group.
