عملا بتنفيذ توصيات ومقررات مجلس التنظيم الاعلى في المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي ومجلس منظمات الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة

ولاول مرة في التاريخ الحديث المعاصر وبمشاركة اكثر من 100 الف منظمة وهيئة وحزبا عالميا  وفي كافة انحاء المعمورة 

ينظمون اكبر احتجاج شعبي عالمي تاريخي بمشاركة الملايين من الشرفاء والاحرار الرافضين لسياسة الهيمنة الاميركية و ضد الاستعمار الحديث  والاحتلال والعدوان في الاسبوع العالمي لمناهضة الامبريالية والصهيونية 

بدءا من يوم السبت 26 كانون الثاني 2008 وحتى اسبوع من تاريخه

وبهذه المناسبة الحدث التاريخي العظيم  يتشرف منتدى بيروت الاجتماعي العربي الدولي  بدعوتكم للمشاركة في 

اللقاء الشعبي العربي الدولي لدعم المقاومة ومناهضة الامبريالية والصهيونية 

تحت شعار حركة شعبية عربية لمقاومة الصهيونية والامبريالية العالمية عولمة المقاومة خيار الشعوب المقهورة والمستضعفة

يومي السبت والاحد26 و27  من كانون الثاني 2008

 في عاصمة المقاومة والتحرير بيروت  قلعة الصمود والاباء العربي ملتقى المناضلين والمقاومين لاجل معاناة الانسانية ولدعم المقاومة في فلسطين ولبنان والعراق ومقاومة الامبريالية والصهيونية والمشاريع الاميركية والتقسيمية والوصاية الاجنبية

يحدد قاعة المؤتمر وجدول الاعمال في نشرة لاحقة , 

كن واحدا من ملايين الاحرار في العالم  ولتسطع منارة بيروت العرب شامخة باسطورة المقاومة وملاحمها البطولية

كن شريكا في المقاومة رسالة دولية نضالية مشتركة الى احرار هذا العالم وشرفائه الى المصارعين لعز المصير

الى الذين يقبضون على جمر المبادئ والقيم الى كل فارس وبطل في المقاومة العراقية والفلسطينية واللبنانية

للأقصى للانتفاضة للقدس وكل فلسطين والعراق

للردالعملي على الوعد البلفوري الجديد  قرار كونغرس عصابة الارهاب في واشنطن بتقسيم العراق

للرد على جرائم الاحتلال الاسرائيلي ضد المدنيين زمن الحرب والسلم في لبنان وفلسطين 

للرد على جرائم الاحتلال الاميركي ضد العراق منذ قانون النفط مقابل الغذاء وحتى تاريخه

لدعم سوريا الممانعة والصمود لدعم شعب لبنان ومقاومته البطلة 

الملتقى الفكري الثقافي الانساني الاجتماعي الجدي والعملي والمقاوم مع خيرة النخبة العربية 

وفاء للدماء الطاهرة الزكية التي روت ارض فلسطين السليبة منذ اغتصابها دفاعا عن حريتها

ايمانا بضرورة توحيد البندقية المقاومة بوجه الكيان الغاصب في فلسطين ولبنان والعراق والجولان

وترسيخا لثقافة المقاومة الواحدة خيار الأمة الانقاذي المؤمنة المؤيدة بصحة العقيدة

ولتعريف الرأي العام على حقيقة ما يجري على ارض العراق وفلسطين

تتشرف الحركة العالمية لمناهضة العولمة والهيمنة الاميركية والصهيونية وتدعوكم

الى المساهمة الفعالة والمشاركة في هذه التظاهرة الدولية مع مناضلي واحرارالعالم في مدن وعواصم وقرى ودساكر اكثر من 140 دولة بكافة انواع الاحتجاجات الشعبية السلمية المدنية ومحاصرة السفارات الاميركية والصهيونية 

وتعلق كافة النشاطات السابقة لهذا التاريخ في اسيا واوروبا والباسيفيك  واميركا اللاتينية لاجل الحشود المليونية  والانتفاضة الشعبية العالمية الشاملة بوم السبت في 26 كانون الثاني 2008

نص نداء المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي باللغة العربية والانكليزية والفرنسية

نحن، ملايين من النساء والرجال، المؤسسات، الشبكات، الحركات الشعبية اتحادات عمال من كافة أنحاء العالم، أتينا من قرانا ومدننا وأريافنا ومناطقنا وعلى الرغم من اختلاف أعمارنا وثقافاتنا ومعتقداتنا متوحدين خلف شعار واحد بان عالم بديل ممكن, رغم اختلاف آرائنا وتوجهاتنا ومعتقداتنا، فإننا نقف معا في صف نضال واحد ضد الامبريالية وافرازاتهامن حروب واستعمار وعنصرية وما يتمخض عنها من عنف واستغلال وفقر وجوع الشعوب في انتزاع حقوقها . من إيماننا وقناعتنا بضرورة وجود برنامج خاص بنا يعزز ويعكس خبرات وإفرازات عملنا خلال السنوات الماضية بطريقة ايجابية على تقوية حملات التضامن على المستوى العالمي والمحلي، ويقرب وجهات النظر بين حركات النضال، ويعمل على إنشاء بدائل محتمله للتحالفات والاتحادات لذلك اتخذنا العهد على أنفسنا بالبدء بأسبوع من  الفعاليات والأنشطة العالمية بتاريخ 26يناير2008  من مصدر قوتنا الكامن في اختلافنا , نتوجه اليكم جميعا رجالا ونساءا يدا بيد لتفعيل خلاق لأنشطة هذا الاسبوع من خلال انشطنكم وفعاليتكم  التي تعكس قضاياكم معبرين عنها بطريقتكم

شروط الاشتراك في منتدى بيروت الاجتماعي العربي الدولي

1_تقديم ورقة عمل باللغتين العربية والانكليزية حيث ان المنتدى سيصدر كراس فصلي للراي العام الدولي لتعميم ثقافة المقاومة ومخاطر العولمة الامبريالية

2: الالتزام بميثاق الشرف الصادر عن منتدى بيروت الاجتماعي العربي الدولي الاول

3: الانضمام الى لجنة او اكثر من لجان المنتدى وتفعيل نشاطه بها

4: عدم اثارة النعرات الطائفية والمذهبية والعرقية والاتنية في اي نشاط اعلامي او اجتماعي او تنظيمي

5: المبادرة الى تاسيس مجموعة عمل محلية والاشراف عليها تتبنى توصيات المنتدى وتعمل على تنفيذها

6: دفع رسوم الاشتراك السنوية المتوجبة عن الانتساب لصفوف الحركة العالمية

7: على الاخوة العراقيين والفلسطينيين تامين تاشيراتهم بانفسهم بالطرق التي تناسبهم 

8: بناءا على قرار مجلس المنتدى العالمي والحركة العالمية يتحمل المشاركون اعباء السفر والاقامة حيث اننا نتحمل تكاليف باهظة جدا وفوق طاقتنا خلال الاسبوع العالمي وانشطنه المختلفة, قليلا من تضحياتكم تساهمون معنا في هذا العمل النضالي الضخم

9: تعطى اولوية المشاركة للاخوة والمواطنين العرب ومن ثم الاصدقا ء من كافة دول العالم 

10: الالتزام ببيان لائحة القومي العربي  بشان العراق  والحبهة العربية الشعبية 

11: سيتم تامين افضل اسعار فنادق الدرجة الاولى باسعار الدرجة الثالثة  وما دون مع بغض التسهيلات الخرى يتم الاعلان عنها في النشرات اللاحقة

A call to the nation, to the country and to the Arabs and globe world

Under the auspices of the WSF AND AUAIGAHIM

WORLD SOCIAL FORUM 

 ANTI -US & ISRAEL GLOBALIZATION AND HEGEMONY INTERNATIONAL MOVMENT

The Arab and all Worlds and the whole humanity are suffering under hatred, under catastrophes, under bloody massacres and under occupation and oppression since the installation of the first Zionist settlements of occupation over the ground of Palestine since the end of the 19-th century

Instead of reaching liberty and self determination and living in peace the struggle is still going on between the part of right and good constituting of the Arab people in occupied Palestine, in occupied Lebanon, in occupied Iraq and in occupied Syria, and the part of injustice, of occupation and of aggression against the peaceful towns and villages as well as against people, civilization and heavenly religions. The colonial countries steadily assisted this aggression, first of all by the USA and the Zionist entity that is violating the ground and the whole rights of the people in a genocide war of total annihilation. The last chain in this barbaric aggression lies in the offensive against the resistance movement that is defending the bare existence of the people in their countries and abroad. The resistance movement is carrying with the international community the principle and the goal of life in freedom independence and self-determination

The whole world is carrying and facing a historic responsibility in the defense against occupation, oppression, aggression and injustice

We declare the constitution of our Conference in the city BEIRUT LEBANON

No to colonialism, - no to slavery, - no to Zionism and racism, - no to imperialism,  no to American hegemony, - no to forest law, no to the globalization of death and aggression, - no to the destruction of moral and virtues,  no to the commerce of slaves and countries,  no to the American Zionist terror

Yes to the world’s popular and general resistance for the sake of freedom, independence and just peace

For the realization of these goals we propose the constitution of A broad popular globally coalition to face American and Zionist terror Sending a clear message To Whom It May Concern that we are deeply related to our countries of origin and that we are well concerned with the daily suffering of our people and its pleas and its disrespected rights

All of you are called to contribute, assist and attend the works of the second constituting international BEIRUT resistance social forum   Communities in globe world: Parties, organizations, societies, syndicates, politicians, thinkers, people of culture and literature, all among the broad parts of society in the different parts of the Arabs and all World, We call for the days of support of the resistance and its people in Palestine, Iraq and elsewhere in the Arab countries and all over the world  For the support of the right of peoples to offend aggression, war and occupation For the right of people in independence, freedom, sovereignty and peace

Call for day of action / mobilization January 26th 2008

We are millions of women and men, organizations, networks, movements, trade unions from all parts of 

the world; we come from villages, regions, rural zones, urban centers; we are of all ages, peoples, cultures, beliefs, but we are united by the strong conviction that 
ANOTHER WORLD IS POSSIBLE 
With all the richness of our plurality and diversity and our alternatives and proposals, we struggle against neo-liberalism, war, colonialism, racism and patriarchy which produce violence, exploitation, exclusion, poverty, hunger and ecological disaster and deprive people of human rights. 
For many years we have been resisting and constructing innovative processes, new cultures of organization and action from the local to the global, in particular within the processes and Charter of Principle of the World Social Forum from which this call emerges. 
Aware of the need to set our own agenda and to increase the impact of these thousands of expressions and manifestations, we are committed to strengthening the solidarity and convergence amongst our struggles, campaigns, and constructions of alternatives and alliances. 
We commit ourselves to a week of action which will culminate in a Global Day of Mobilization and Action on January 26, 2008. 
With our diversity which is our strength, we invite all men and women to undertake throughout this week creative actions, activities, events and convergences focusing on the issues and expressed in the ways they choose. 
ACT TOGETHER FOR ANOTHER WORLD!

Nous sommes des millions de femmes et d’hommes, d’organisations, de réseaux, de mouvements et syndicats de tous les coins de la planète, régions et villages, zones rurales et urbaines, de tous les peuples, de tout âge, culture et croyances unis par la ferme conviction que 
UN AUTRE MONDE EST POSSIBLE 
Riches de nos diversités, de notre pluralisme, de nos alternatives et propositions, nous luttons contre le néolibéralisme, la guerre, la colonisation, le racisme et le patriarcat qui génèrent violence, exploitation, exclusions, pauvreté, faim, désastres écologiques et négations des droits humains. 
Depuis de nombreuses années, nous résistons et construisons des processus innovants, de nouvelles cultures d’organisation et d’action allant du local au mondial, en particulier au travers du processus et de la Charte de principes du Forum social mondial dont est issu cet appel.
Conscients de la nécessité de construire notre propre calendrier de mobilisations et soucieux d’amplifier l’impact de ces milliers de formes d’expressions et de manifestations, nous nous engageons à renforcer la solidarité et les convergences entre nos luttes, nos campagnes, ainsi que la construction d’alternatives et d’alliances. 
Nous nous engageons à organiser une semaine d’actions qui culminera le 26 janvier 2008 avec une journée mondiale de mobilisation et d’actions. 
Nous vous invitons toutes ET tous, dans la diversité qui est notre force, à construire de manière créative des actions, manifestations, évènements et convergences sur des thèmes et selon des modalités pratiques que chacun choisira. 
Agissons ensemble pour un autre monde!
