[Omd] venue for fundraiser

Hi All,

I'm frustrated with trying to find a venue for Wednesday May 18th and 
Friday or Saturday May 13/14th, to the point of wanting someone else to 
take over. In short, the Wednesday event is to be a speaking/movie 
event, from say 7 to 9 pm, the Friday or Saturday event is a 
concert/fundraiser, where we hope to make money from selling beer.

These venues are booked for Wednesday:
Ottawa Public Library
PSAC
Sandy Hill Community Centre
Jack Purcell

These don't work for Saturday for various reasons:
PSAC (booked)
Sandy Hill Community Centre (main hall costs ~$860 and is booked until 
7:30 pm)
St. Brigid's (costs ~$800 to rent)
McNabb Community Centre (booked, and dry events only anyway)
Le Patro (event must end by 11 pm)
Dom Polski (costs $700 to rent Saturday night, and is booked)

The SAW gallery just won't call me back.

Can someone else take this on?
