hey

thanks for getting us going again re: a meeting, joeli.

i'm am going to be ridiculously busy this next week due to all of the
workshops i've organized and doing work stuff.  i would like to meet but
the times that will work for me will probably not work for others.

but there's a bunch of things i'd like us to talk about.

i think the number one priority is booking a space for the fund raiser for
saturday, march 20.  i'm suggesting this date because it coincides with
the date we want to do a party for the forum against the police, prisons
and for alternatives.

can someone book the don paulsky hall - john?

really we need to discuss this as a group...however the booking should be
made soon...if not there then at jack purcell or something - you can serve
liquor at community centres if you get a license.

and 2 other things, one of which is working on a book - maybe we could
strike a committee if there are others interested in doing this?

and finally i'd love to talk with people about figuring out how we can
figure out what we need supporters/allies in other cities to be doing.  i
will be speaking in guelph, toronto, kitchener/waterloo and montreal in
the next bit, so we will have some more contacts and we should try and
figure out what are the priorites as far as supporting roger, claude and
any other solidarity work that we might do.
