[Omd] update on Claude

for those that havent heard:

the judge read a long decision.   basically: she thought claude was
'exaggerating' but said that the cops were lying on the stand.  she
concluded that Claude had been hit while in the cell block and that the cops
were deliberately trying to cover it up.  she ruled that this was a
violation of Claude' Charter rights.  however.... she then blabbered on
forever about 1) how there are other venues to pursue that Charter violation
and 2) that the charter violation was not egregious enough to warrant a stay
of proceedings.  so he still has to face the fuckin stupid ass charges.  i
split before getting the next dates but i think they're coming up at the end
of JAN.  over'n out.
