[Omd] visitor application

Hi all,

I just mailed off my visiting application. All three pages of 
http://www.csc-scc.gc.ca/text/frmlrs/pdf/0653E.pdf are important as you 
have to sign the last page. The only potentially problematic parts are 
that if you're a friend you have to state how long you've been a friend, 
and that you have to indicate if you have been convicted or have 
outstanding charges.

The photo has to be "(full face view, head and shoulders only) minimum 
size 5 cm x 3.5 cm (2" x 1 1/2")". I took mine with my own camera and 
had it printed in colour on regular paper.  If that works, I'm wondering 
if someone could bring a laptop and a colour printer to the 
letter-writing night and we could do headshots on the spot.

If they get it next Monday the 10th (which is optimistic), then that 
will barely give them the 2 weeks they say they need to approve me for a 
visit on Roger's birthday, the 24th.
