[Omd] visiting Millhaven

Thanks, John.

The 2 week turnaround for approval is not surprising, and means that
next week's letter-writing party is too late to be submitting
applications for approval for people who want to visit Roger on his
birthday. If you want to see Roger on his birthday, you have to submit
the application NOW. We should still get as many people approved to
visit as we can at the Raw Sugar letter-writing event, though, even
those not planning a birthday visit.

My transcript of their voice mail has most of the details you're missing
John (I'm pretty sure you meant 8:45 to 11 AM, for example, and that's
only on certain days); it's great to know the visits can be as long as
the visiting hours are, and 3 can visit at once.

On Monday, January the 24th, the only visiting hours are from 12:45 pm
to 3:15 pm.
