Who was the third person in the video

I have been asking this question for months and the
officials do not seem to be concerned. After the police charged Matt
Morgan Brown and Roger Clement police Chief Vern White stated in the
press that they had everyone involved behind bars. But they only had two
people behind bars for this crime. My best guess is that the third
person was the cop Francois Leclerk who was arrested with Roger Clement
and Matt Morgan Brown never charged then disappeared. On July 15 a
Citizen and Sun article admit there was an undercover police officer
involved that gave all the leads to the arrest but they do not admit
that this officer was at the Bank with the two others in the video. In
the video you can see two men come out of the RBC Bank and a third is
taking a video.
And now since they have let Matt Morgan Brown off why are they not looking for two more men other than just Roger Clement.

"We who do not seek power, only want the consciences of [the masses]; only those who wish to dominate prefer sheep, the better to lead them. We prefer intelligent workers, even if they are our opponents, to anarchists who are such only in order to follow us like sheep. We want freedom for everybody; we want the masses to make the revolution for the masses. The person who thinks with [their] own brain is to be preferred to the one who blindly approves everything.... Better an error consciously committed and in good faith, than a good action performed in a servile manner."--Errico Malatesta
