[Omd] addreses for letter writing and donations

hey can we let peole know that roger has been transferred and get the new
mailing address out there: send it to the TO ABC, guelph, other prioner
support folks and allies and across the list?

also, for donations the address is still exile infoshop...don't know if
that mail is being forwarded somewheres or should i tell people to e-mail
opirg-ottawa?
