[Omd] "francois" and bail hearings and evidence

hey

it is my impression that "francois'" statements/testimony/evidence never
amounted to much.  but i wasn't present at roger or claude's bail hearings
which is, i believe, when his statements or whatever were used.  is this
how folks remember things? does this seem accurate?

my impression is that it was as a result of the surveillance that the
police did on roger that they gathered most of the evidence against him.

i am working on a statement regarding his infiltration of the activist
community.  be helpful to hear back from people about this and any other
impressions that they have.
