Hi all,

So it seems pretty certain at this point that Roger is being held in the
Millhaven Assessment Unit, where all Ontario prisoners enter the federal
system. From what I've been able to gather from prisoner support forums and
wikipedia, the average stay in the MAU is 3-6 months. Roger will then be
moved to another facility, based on his security assessment. Almost every
federal facility in Ontario is in Kingston, so he won't move far. Unless
they move him to another province, I guess.

In terms of contacting him, I'm not positive the below address will work as
we don't have his inmate number. Some forums seem to indicate you don't
need, others say you do.

Everything I've been able to find does say clearly that the time in the MAU,
particularly the initial month, is the trickiest time to get in touch with a
prisoner. This goes for Roger's ability to make calls. Apparently, sometimes
it can take up to 3 weeks before they authorize your first phone call out of
the MAU.

Anyway, below is the possible address. Let's give it a shot and see if we
get a reply.
