[NormanBethune] Health Care Provider- Medic Info Session THIS WEDNESDAY

Hey everyone,

This wednesday we are hosting a medic workshop for persons with some
formalized type of allopathic medical training (nurses, doctors, midwives,
EMS) who are interested in being a street medic during the upcoming days of
resistance to the G20.
Please forward this email to health care providers you think will be
interested.

This session will serve as more of an info session re: the structure/medic
plans for the upcoming mobilizations. It will also cover:

   - Intro to history of street medics
   - Convergence 101
   - Intro to police weapons/protest mechanisms of injury
   - Decontamination 101- tear gas/pepper spray
   - Role plays- scenario set ups


It will be held this wednesday at 6 PM- 9:30 PM at the 410 Sherbourne
