"A B.C. man...died after an apparent scuffle with RCMP and transit officers...Officials say Ryan Wagemans, 24, began acting erratically while on a public bus in the Newton area of Surrey, B.C., on Friday...The driver of the Coast Mountain bus called transit police, who took Wagemans off the vehicle. Surrey RCMP arrived after Wagemans became aggressive..."
