**Cecil Edward McKenna**, 50, died Sunday morning in the Surrey RCMP jail cells after being arrested around 7:15 p.m. Saturday at the Surrey Central SkyTrain station by the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority (BC Transit) Police Service.
