Friends of anti-poverty activist **David Cunningham** said he was arrested yesterday afternoon after arranging to meet a man who claimed to be a journalist for a Vancouver newspaper...Vancouver police...confirmed that Cunningham was arrested at about 3:45 p.m....and faces charges related to uttering threats.
