Despite Plan Colombia's fading allure, the Bush administration is about to debut a sequel: **Plan Mexico**, an interdiction strategy to confront the increasing "Colombian-ization" of Mexico by bi-national (Colombian and Mexican) drug cartels...[Mexican President Felipe] Calderon will make a formal application for increased anti-drug assistance from Washington come August.
