Last week, Police Complaint Commissioner **Dirk Ryneveld** overturned a decision by the Vancouver Police Board chair, **Mayor Sam Sullivan**, and ordered an investigation into [former Police Chief **Jamie] Graham's** conduct. It's based on allegations by **Pivot Legal Society** that Graham failed to cooperate with the [Royal Canadian Mounted Police] during its 2004/2005 investigation of the Vancouver Police Department...This whole exercise has shown Graham to be a bully. He has repeatedly shown contempt for Pivot, Ryneveld and the RCMP.
