On July 11th, newspapers in Mexico City began receiving a series of communiqués under the rubric of the _Military Zone Command of the Popular Revolutionary Army and State Committee of the Party of the Popular Democratic Revolution_ claiming credit for blowing out two 36 inch natural gas pipelines...and a key valve house...that shut down gas distribution to millions in central Mexico.
