The US company Dyn Corp International is recruiting Mexicans in El Paso, Texas, to patrol Iraqi borders, reported _Prensa Latina_ on Sunday...The company, which has the support of the US Defense Department in its recruiting business, has sent 6,000 "contractors" to Bosnia, Afghanistan, Haiti and Iraq.
