In an incredible display of contempt for Haitian suffering, Canada's ambassador to Haiti, Claude Boucher, gave an interview...on January 15 in which he offers praise for [UN] occupation forces and urges them to "increase their operations as they did last December", when...at least 12 innocent civilians were killed and over 30 other innocents left wounded.
