The 3rd issue of the Official Organ of the Grupo Qhispikay Llaqta anarchist group from Lima, Peru, is now available on the streets. The group continues to hold to its ideas and action within revolutionary organized anarchism, seeking support for and motivating social and popular struggles in the current social and political context.
