[George W.] Bush has been made to look a bit of a dick this week...as it was revealed that his big spending PR campaign to convince young people to abstain from sex has been...a massive flop. While he lamely talks of spending a few million here and there to ask people not to own guns illegally or shoot each other up with them, he has been aroused enough to pump a throbbing $1 billion of federal money into posters, adverts and edutainment films promoting ‘abstinence’.
