The US-based National Endowment for Democracy (NED) is the central coordinating organisation involved in the global “promotion of democracy”...US “democracy promoters” have recently been implicated in a series of “revolutions” across Eastern Europe, which began in Serbia...and have spread like wildfire through Georgia (2003), the Ukraine (January 2005), and Kyrgyzstan (April 2005).
