Justice Pitfield on June 2 dismissed an application by Chief Harry O'Donaghey and Council for an injunction restraining the protest group in its anti-logging activities, saying nothing illegal had taken place. This month's court appearances were a chance for the dissidents to have their counterclm aiming to halt the logging to be heard.
