MONTREAL, Jan 15--Two members of Haiti Action Montreal were arrested yesterday after Liberal party officials alleged that posters featuring Pettigrew were "vandalism". Representatives of the Liberal party are pressing charges, alleging that the posters, which read "Pettigrew: wanted for crimes against humanity in Haiti" damaged their property.
