Another set of foreign oil workers  
kidnapped in Nigeria

Lagos, Nigeria (PANA) - Suspected militants  
Saturday kidnapped nine foreign oil workers  
in Nigeria's restive oil-producing Niger Delta  
region, the second such incident in as many  
months, according to sources close to the  
joint military task force operating in the  
region.
