The City of Toronto is at it again- sending their number one bylaw goon, Barrie Chavel, underneath the Gardiner Expressway to evict Chris Gardiner. Chris has lived in a house built with his own hands underneath the Gardiner expressway for eight years and has no intention of leaving his home just because the city tells him to.
