David Arthur Johnson (was) arrested, at 6:18 am Apr. 3, 2006 as part of an ongoing one-man-stand against the criminalization of sleeping in and the de-sanctification of St. Anns at Blanshard St. and Humboldt St. (Victoria)...The arrest comes only a week and a half after his last release from prison for a similar offence of sleeping on the property after 11:00pm; Johnson did 22 days in prison after pleading guilty.
