Barricades snarl rush-hour traffic; more disruptions promised for today About 200 protesters spent the morning behind barricades of old clothing, tires and other rubbish erected to block traffic outside a Port entrance at Notre Dame and Boucherville Sts. Slogans like "the social peace is over" were emblazoned on the road in orange spraypaint. The protest was the first event in the CASSEE's so-called "economic disruption week," which is expected to continue this afternoon with a surprise activity.
