"The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, has resigned after being charged with war crimes by the UN tribunal in The Hague. Kosovo government officials said Mr Haradinaj, a former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA), would fly to The Hague on Wednesday. Mr Haradinaj was investigated over his role in the 1998-99 Kosovo conflict."
