Delegates to a conference about the Mackenzie Valley pipeline have agreed that they don't have enough information to figure out the environmental impact the project could have on the N.W.T. The delegates, meeting in Yellowknife this week, are discussing what is needed to launch the $7-billion pipeline's environmental review.
