WebPosted Sep 16 2004 05:54 PM NDT st.johns.cbc.ca ST. JOHN'S  --  Police in riot gear showed up to escort managers and other workers into the Taxation Centre in St. John's Thursday afternoon. Striking workers with the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) formed a hard picket line outside the centre.
