Subject: *Sign our petition now! Defend the Rights of Elderly/disabled
homeless comardes!

Comrades;

saluton, we, the “Koureisha-Tokubetu-Shuurou-Rouso-junbi-kai” and some
groups(Association of Poor People in Nagai Park,
Association of Kamagasaki-Patrol and
Nishinari-Kouen-Yorozu-soudansho...etc) in osaka-city are organizations
of a homeless liberation struggle in osaka.
now, we urgently propose that you will support our action against the
government abolishing the Special works for the elderly day-workers
and the elderly homeless comrades.

by the way, in osaka, we will strongly plan to demand the following
requirements as a petition against japanese government in early November
2004.(on 3-4 November 2004, we will go to tokio for our actions.) so,
every morning, we have continued to do our signature activities in
Kamagasaki area (the biggest day-workers' town in japan) and other areas
of osaka city since October 2004. if you will be interested in
supporting our requirements, we would love to ask you for your
signatures or your solidarity messages by e-mail: nagaipark_tentvilla(no
scum!)yahoo.co.jp
then, if you or your group have your own web site, let us know. Shall
we link our web sites each other!

Vi venkos! Ni venkos! La batalo continuos...no pasaran! thanx. in
solidarity. (rebel_JILL)

We demand:

-the japanese governmet should evaluate the
“Koureisha-Tokubetsu-Shuurou(=special works for the elderly & disabled
dayworkers/homeless comrades)“'s actual results of our works actively!

-we strongly oppose the abolition of special works for the elderly &
disabled dayworkers/homeless comrades. Also, we strongly oppose that the
japanese government will plan to do the abolition of
“Kinkyuu-Chiiki-Koyou-Sousyutsu-Tokubetsu-Kouhukin” on the end of March
2005. These special works are not enough to be able to get rid of the
hungry of many homeless comrades and are also not enough to live
dayworkers' lives. Further, elderly poor comrades who have no
registering card for special works are eagering to get this works. So,
abolishing these works will cause terriblely damages(of course,
including starvations and illnesses by malnutritions) to these
registered 3100 elderly comrades and all elderly/disabled poor comrades.

-The japanese government should justifiably provide the “Third Subsidy”
For Unemployed peoples & more sufferring longtime unemployed peoples.
And also, “helps for the poor” not “helps for the foxy & nasty capitalists”!
