Henry Zoe, the MLA for North Slave, was charged Sept. 10 for an incident that is alleged to have occurred in the summer. Zoe is the second MLA currently facing charges in the Northwest Territories legislature. Inuvik Twin Lakes MLA Roger Allen is facing a charge of sexual assault and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 18.
