In a telephone interview, Dragan described prison guard abuse, saying "They harass me, they hurt me like in hell... They keep me naked for eight days. For two nights in those eight they took the matress out and this is truly a crime. I slept naked. I couldn't take it anymore. They said that 'if immigration isn't going to break you, we're going to break you here.'"
