[news] Health Care CEOs get raises, as workers take cuts

VICTORIA (from CBC) - Senior health authority executives have been given 
significant raises over the past two years - while many of their unionized 
staff have been forced to take pay cuts. At the Fraser Health Authority, two 
Chief Operating Officers received 18-per-cent raises - from $160,000 to 
$190,000 a year.
