VANCOUVER - A three-week inquiry got underway on Tuesday into the behaviour of 
Vancouver police officers during the Guns N' Roses riot in November 2002. 
Robert Parent and Detlef Schroeder filed complaints under the B.C. Police Act 
that they were injured when officers used unnecessary and excessive force
