councillor, Craig Anderson, told reporters at a Vancouver press conference that 
Premier Campbell informed his council in an out-of-session meeting that Bill 
75, the Special Projects Streamlining Act, was designed specifically to force 
through the Richmond-airport-Vancouver (RAV) rapid transit line over dissenting 
municipalities.
