CANDIDATES DENIED EQUAL ACCESS TO SPEAK Surrey BC June 21 - The local Chamber 
of Commerce in the federal riding of Surrey North has drawn the ire of two 
registered candidates - and the public -- for their refusal to allow Joyce 
Holmes of the Communist Party, and Roy Tyler Whyte of the Canadian Action Party 
a rightful seat at the advertised `all candidates' meeting held by the Surrey 
Chamber of Commerce and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
