[news] Arrest Made in Arson Case

Kahnawake Eastern Door Keneth Deer Joseph 'Joey' Daye, 39, turned himself in to 
Investigator Warren White of the Kahnawake Peacekeepers on Wednesday. Daye has 
been charged with intentionally or recklessly causing damage by fire or 
explosion to the property of James Gabriel.  Police say that he turned 
himself in to the Surete du Quebec detachment in Oka after an arrest warrant 
was issued last Friday. He was released on condition that he appear in court on 
June 17 in St. Jerome.
