Police arrest 11 in steal-a-thon BELLEVILLE INTELLIGENCER By Jeremy Ashley 
Monday, April 26, 2004 - 10:00 Local News - A new protest tactic used by a 
local activist group landed 11 members in a jail cell Friday, including the 
groups leaders.  An investigation into the Tenant Action Group is 
continuing following the arrest of 11 members on charges of 'counseling to 
commit theft, at an east-end grocery store Friday evening.
