Venezuela. Jun 3 (Venezuelanalysis.com).- Based on preliminary data, 
Venezuela's National Electoral Council (CNE) announced today that opponents of 
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez managed to collect enough valid signatures to 
demand a recall referendum against on his rule.
