OCAP ; Tuesday July 27, 2004 Early this morning, minutes before a scheduled 
press conference, and just as the Federal Court was to hear a motion to stay 
removal, government lawyers notified the applicant’s counsel, Amina Sherazee, 
of the decision to grant her client, a 19 year old rape victim, protection in 
Canada.
